Senior Accountant

Sales & Marketing Director

Positions’ Details:

The Sales & Marketing Director will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for developing further the sales of ENGINO products internationally, both in the retail & education segment, offline and online, while also optimizing and managing the Sales & Administration team.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in the strategic planning of the company in collaboration with senior management in order to improve the profitability and operation of the business.
  • Manage effectively the inhouse and external Sales & Administration personnel to achieve their objectives, implementing a CRM system.
  • Manage and grow all 3 main business streams of the company, toy sales to distributors and retailers, Classroom solutions and software to schools and Ministries of Education, e-commerce sales to Consumers via own side and Amazon.
  • Develop and implement a detailed Business Plan on two new strategic directions of the company, the creation of a subscription box service and the development of a network of own and franchised concept edutainment stores.
  • Overview and analyse international markets, trends, consumer behaviors, financial indicators, commercial practices.
  • Submit regular reports to management about activities, market presence, ongoing plans, customer development, sales volume and other important elements.
  • Organize market research to understand the customers, user needs and trends and propose improvements and new products or services.
  • Manage the customers effectively and forecast sales setting sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and oversea a general marketing plan, allocate relevant budget and supervise its implementation (offline and/or online).
  • Organize the company’s stand at international trade fairs and other conferences.
  • Set and monitor goals and success indicators for department staff.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance department, issuing required safety certificates, laboratory inspections, order inspections and other inspections.
  • Work closely with the other departments such as Finance, R&D and Production to make sure that operations are streamlined and cost effective.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing a Sales team of not less than 3 people.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in account management, in selling and exporting products or services ideally in the field of Toys, Technology or Education.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing.
  • A University degree in management or relevant to STEM fields.
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel abroad regularly.

Digital Marketing and Content Development Specialist

We are currently seeking a new team member that’s savvy with website copywriting, social media, SEO, email marketing and inbound marketing techniques. This position will have an emphasis on content marketing and social media, so creativity is at the core of the job responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to balance their creative talents with their technical aptitude to apply best practices in SEO and analyze performance metrics. We are looking for someone who can create and execute content marketing campaigns; strategic planning, creative writing, photography, video production, graphic design, HTML/CSS development and analytics. This full-time Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for content strategy and implementation across all ENGINO® lines and services in addition to copywriting, content calendar creation and management, updating social media channels, monitoring brands, executing on strategy, creating posts and rich media for search engine marketing. The ideal candidate will also possess experience and skills with CMS website platforms like WordPress, MODX, Magento2 and Joomla. Main Responsibilities:

Digital Business Development Manager

Positions’ Details:

This is the person who will develop the online business of ENGINO® through own Digital Business Development side, through partner sides, through Amazon and other online platforms. He will grow the sales online and develop new schemes of revenue. He will supervise and strategize digital marketing and monitor the website development, social media and all presence on the internet.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop the business in 4 main axles: (1) Amazon sales as a vendor and a seller with emphasis in USA and EU and gradually to other countries, (2) Own E-commerce sales through our E-shop that will run internationally and locally in same countries, (3) New streams of revenue via business models that have subscriptions, loyalties etc. (4) Online platforms and shops in both developed countries such as WallMart.com, Target.com, Argos and in developing countries such as in China and Russia.
  • To develop and supervise the digital marketing strategy that will establish the brand and help sales to grow within the online channels. These actions would be aimed in maximizing exposure and revenue by utilizing the advertising and branding capabilities within the particular channels and from outside via social media and other routes.
  • Control and optimize SEO and content along with our presence in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (and bloggers, reviewers, affiliates etc.) and other platforms at international and local level at the countries we choose to give emphasis, initially through subcontractors and gradually by building and managing an inhouse team.
  • Identify and apply for various awards and competitions.
  • Develop and monitor KPI's for the sales as well as media presence and other important aspects of the business.
  • Create and maintain the company's E-shop and website through external contractors and gradually by building an inhouse team of developers and content writers.
  • Continually monitor the brand for identification of infringers and sellers who damage the market and taking actions to prevent and remedy any issues.

The STEM Education Sales Executive is responsible to develop and grow the business development in the international market with the potential to increase the organisations revenue and profitability. The STEM Education Sales Executive will handle the customers’ accounts in order to optimise the product portfolio in both the Retail and Education market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to manage, handle and maintain customers’ accounts and product portfolio.
  • Responsible to develop and grow the business Internationally with initial emphasis in the North American and European markets, for both Retail and Educational products. Retail market will cover mostly toy distributors and retailers while Education market will cover school distributors and sales directly to Public or Private Schools and Ministries of Education.
  • Seek and explore new opportunities for additional streams of revenue.
  • Constantly assess, communicate and support existing and potential customers to maximize sales revenue
  • Establish and manage a network of reps, agents and wholesalers.

Injection tooling and CNC Engineer

Positions’ Details:

Our innovative and premium ENGINO® STEM products are produced at our own fully automated factory in Limassol, Cyprus. ENGINO® solutions are exported to more than 50 countries to a growing network of distributors, retailers and schools. We are looking to hire an expert Injection tooling Engineer to join the team and ideally lead our tooling workshop department with the scope to develop new precession molds while also maintaining and servicing existing ones. The successful candidate will collaborate with supply management, product design, industrial design, and manufacturing engineering groups on material selection, design feasibility and aesthetics of new plastic part & tooling designs. He will take the leading role in driving the improvement of productivity and quality of plastic part manufacturing, molding and tooling techniques

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design of 3D plastic parts for assembly
  • Design and construction of high precision injection molds
  • Repair & Maintenance of existing molds
  • Testing of molds on injection machines and setting up with optimal production settings
  • Testing and fine-tuning of parts until they meet dimensional, functional, aesthetic and production cost requirements
  • Communication with internal engineers from R&D and the engino team for the development of new products
  • Management and coordination of external teams for any outsourced works with regular visits abroad when needed for personal supervision
  • Development and management of an inhouse workshop team with technicians and engineers
  • Training of new Engineers in mold know-how and plastic injection machines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 10 years’ experience in the field of injection tool making
  • Experience with slide mechanisms and hot runners
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD and CAM software such as Autodesk Inventor and EdgeCam
  • Expertise in the operation of CNC machines, EDM’s, Lathes, Grinders, Milling machines and other relevant equipment
  • Excellent knowledge of injection machine’s operation, plastic processing parameters and trouble shooting
  • Team Spirit, ability to work independently and under pressure

Graphics Designer

Positions’ Details:

The person who will develop the various artwork and visual communication of the company for B2B and B2C purposes. This will include package design, brochures, education books, websites, magazine advertising, videos, banners etc. Special emphasis will be given in the development of web-based graphics including Facebook posts and adds, google banners, web banners etc as well as videos and animations for enhancing the brand content.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understanding deeply the packaging technology, offset and digital printing production methods and materials. Keeping up to date with latest trends.
  • Working within budgets and deadlines.
  • Researching similar products and competition as well as design trends, proposing and developing new ideas.
  • Making sketches of ideas by hand or computer and developing the most effective ideas into detailed designs using specialist computer software such as CORELDRAW and PHOTOSHOP.
  • Developing the brand’s visual assets for retail, packaging, communication and marketing projects.
  • Designing new packages, prototyping and testing them in close cooperation with the Sales and Marketing Department but also with the other subdivisions of the R&D to make sure that designs fulfill the aesthetics, child safety, technical or educational requirements.
  • Develop video productions inhouse or coordinate through subcontractors.
  • Develop the graphics for offline and online marketing including social media posts such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Cooperate effectively with the other members of the R&D team so as to have an overview of all developments and the final product and how this will engage the consumer.
  • Producing reports and presenting their ideas to colleagues and clients at various stages of the design process
  • Modifying their ideas according to the feedback they receive at these sessions
  • Managing the graphic assets from typesetting through to design, print and production
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites, determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
  • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Graphics design.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in web designs and digital marketing support.

Business Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing & communication between suppliers, carriers and vendors, checking all applicable documentation is in place and fully compliant by following international trade rules and regulations.
  • Communication with local Logistics providers for Inbound & Outbound freight.
  • Review and process all incoming e-shop orders accurately, including but not limited to confirming contact and billing information, pricing, as well as accept, evaluate and route periodic customer inquiries, following up to ensure satisfactory closure.
  • Support the Sales Teams for customer-specific tasks as required such as product listing or processing of samples to customers.

  • Ensure record accuracy by maintaining data integrity during the order entry process, responsible to maintain files and records, including customer records & weekly preparation of reports and ISO control documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor is required by any degree.
  • Experience in this position field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language, both in written and oral communication.
  • Team spirit and ability to work in collaborative environment with other members but also independently.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Remuneration Package Offered:

The position is a permanent position at the ENGINO® factory in Limassol Cyprus.
